Green Power Shake

1 cup spinach - blended in a little bit of water until it gets warm
Add and blend on high until smooth:
80 grams frozen banana
15 grams avocado
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
1 Tbs. natural almond butter
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 scoop of vanilla protein
ice cubes
