1 tsp. Dijon mustard

Raspberry Vinegar Dressing:
3 Tbsp. raspberry vinegar (or unseasoned rice vinegar)
1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
1 Tbsp. honey
Salt and freshly ground pepper
1/3 cup extra-virgin olive oil
