Ambers sourdough bagels

 2 c yeast starter

3cups warm water

2 tablespoons brown sugar

4 t salt

7-8 cups flour 

Raise all night. 

Form bagels in the morning and let raise 2 hours. Boil in pot of water with 1/4 c honey and a dash of salt 

Boil each side for 30 seconds  

Drain

Bake at 425 for 20-25 min
