Bean and Corn Relish


This can be used as a filler for quesadillas, on mexican salads or as a side to any burrito, enchilada or just as salsa. 

1 can black beans
1 can corn
1-2 tomatoes chopped
1/3 of a bunch of cilantro
1/4 of a purple onion diced small (or 2-3 green onions) 
1/2 - 1 avocado diced

Season to taste:
Salt 
Pepper
cumin
garlic powder
lime juice
chili powder
dried parsley
