4 Oz. canned chicken (or however cooked)
1/4 c. chopped fine apple
2 green onions chopped
1 carrot shredded
1 cup plain greek yogurt
1 T. worcetershire sauce
1/2 t. garlic powder
1/2 t. salt
1/4 t. pepper
dash or 2 of creol
eat with crackers and veggie sticks!
