Katsudon


Ingredients:
Tonkatsu or Chickenkatsu
Saute:
Thin sliced onion
Julienne sliced carrots
Add:
1 cup water
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup mirin
Lay tonkatsu or chickenkatsu on top of vegies
Pour in:
3 beaten eggs all over the chicken and vegies
Put lid on pan and cook for about 2 minutes. Serve over rice.
