Bennett's Granola
Mix in a bowl:
8 c. regular oatmeal
6 c. Wheaties (or any other bran flake)
2 c. wheat germ
2 c. coconut
Sunflower seeds
Melt together in pot:
1 c. brown sugar
2 t. salt
3/4 c. salad oil
1 c. water
1/2 c. honey
3 t. vanilla
Bake in 2 large cookie sheets at 225 for 2 hours. Add raisins during last 15 min.
I also add almonds, flax seed, craisons, and apricots
