Apple Crisp


Mix:
1 1/2 c. oats
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. flour
2/3 c. butter

Slice apples. Sprinkle with cinnamon and a little sugar if you desire (I usually don't).  Put slices in a pyrex cooking dish.  Put dry mixture on top.  Bake at 350 for 30-40 minutes or until the apples are bubbly and done.  Serve hot with ice cream.
