Tonkatsu/Chickenkatsu


Pork steaks or chicken breasts
Dip meat in:
1. flour with salt and pepper
2. beaten egg
3. dried bread crumbs (Panko)

Deep fry until golden brown.  Serve with Tonkatsu sauce.  Yum!!  Is also good with rice, miso soup, cabbage salad and a vegie.
